Browsing this website

The website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, website accounts, or application cookies. Our hosting provider, DreamHost, may process technical request information such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time to serve and protect the site and troubleshoot errors.

Your starting-point choices and optional note

The starting-point selector changes content in your browser. It does not submit your choices to Robuzt. Text entered in the optional conversation note stays in the current page; saving the note downloads a file to your device. Closing the dialog does not clear the text, but reloading or closing the page resets it. Please do not enter passwords, client records, or other sensitive information.

Contacting us

Email links open your own mail application. If you send a message, we use the information you provide to respond, discuss your needs, and manage the inquiry. Please keep initial messages general and avoid sending confidential client material. We use Google Workspace for business email and scheduling.

Booking a conversation

Booking links open a separate Google Calendar page. Google collects your name and email to arrange the conversation, create the calendar invitation, and provide the Google Meet connection. Appointment reminders and invitation updates may be sent through Google. Booking details are available to Sabri for arranging and following up on the conversation. Google's own terms and privacy practices apply when you use its services.

How information is used and shared

We use inquiry and booking information to communicate with you, assess a potential engagement, maintain relevant business records, and protect our services. Service providers process information as needed to provide hosting, email, and scheduling. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising audiences. We may disclose information where necessary to meet a legal obligation or protect rights and security.

Retention

We retain inquiry and booking records under our control for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless an engagement, an applicable obligation, or a legitimate need to resolve a dispute requires longer. Records for an active engagement are handled according to that engagement and applicable requirements. Technical logs and provider backups follow the relevant provider's retention and deletion arrangements.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete inquiry information by emailing sabri@robuzt.com. We will consider the request and any requirements to retain records. You can use the options in your appointment invitation to reschedule or cancel. You do not need to book or provide information to read this website.

External services

External links, including research sources and LinkedIn, lead to services with their own privacy practices. Data processed through our service providers may be handled in countries other than your own.
